An LMS fails when it is a file cabinet with a login. CloudTek LMS is specified around the actual teaching work: the course, the cohort, the assessment, the certificate.
It connects to the SIS or ISMS when those systems already hold the student. Content has versions. Completion can be proven. Instructors get a workspace they can run a term with, not a CMS they walk around.
Typical programs replace a mix of Drive folders, a commercial LMS nobody configured, and a certificate spreadsheet with one learning record.
