The constraint
Three campuses ran enrollment in different tools. Tuition lived in a workbook. Parents received conflicting balances. Term opening required a registrar, an accountant, and a weekend of exports.
The work
CloudTek mapped the registrar’s actual work, not the vendor brochure. We implemented ISMS as the system of record for students, academics, and billing, with campus-level operations and a central finance view. Faculty and parent portals were commissioned against the same record. SAT ran on a prior term’s data before the first live opening.
What is running
Term opening is a procedure with a named owner. Collection disputes dropped because cashier and registrar read the same balance. The academy is rolling the same package to a fourth campus without reopening the design.
