The work
CloudTek implemented LibMS as the bibliographic and circulation record, migrated holdings with librarian review, and commissioned desk workflows including barcode. The public catalog was pointed at the same holdings. Acquisitions reports were designed with finance in the room.
What is running
Desk staff stop reconciling copies by hand. Holds and fines are defensible. The annual inventory is a report, not a project.
